When we have our initial conversation with you, we will ask some basic questions about your yard site so we can come prepared with everything we need.
We will schedule a time that works well for both of us to have a site visit at your residence.
At that point we will go over all the ideas that both us have to suggest. We will also take your budget into consideration when making suggestions. We will take all necessary measurements, and establish elevations if required.
A detailed quotation in writing will be provided at no cost in a timely fashion. If your residence requires a landscape drawing, we will not provide this until you have approved the quotation or expressed your plans of moving forward with our company.
Landscape plans are required on many yard sites, but not necessarily all of them. We will determine that fact with you. Some communities may request a site drawing for landscape approval.
Customers generally want a detailed drawing to help them visualize their final product. Depending on the complexity of your yard site, this process could take up to 3-4 weeks to have the final drawing completed to your liking.
We will discuss approximate scheduling with you during this process. If you are hoping to have your yard completed in a certain time frame, please let us know right away so we can adjust our scheduling.
